White River At Clarendon affecting Arkansas and Monroe Counties. White River At Augusta affecting White and Woodruff Counties. For the Lower White River...including Newport, Augusta, Georgetown, Des Arc, Clarendon...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...White River at Des Arc. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, Water is backing up Bayou Des Arc and Cypress Bayou.
