Agricultural lands and oil wells located near the river banks are inundated or cut off by water in side channels. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Forecast...The Cimarron River is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 18.4 feet early Friday morning.
